Question: How many inside cabins do you have?
Answer: None. RSSC only has oceanview suites and staterooms, most with private balconies.
Question: How big are the private balconies?
Answer: The largest in the cruise industry. Our balconies can be utilized for private dining and sunbathing. They are not balconies without floor space.
Question: What are your bathrooms like?
Answer: Our bathrooms are marble-appointed and have a bathtub and a shower. We have some of the largest bathrooms afloat.
Question: Do you have room service?
Answer: We provide complimentary 24-hour room service on all of our vessels.
Question: How much should I cost in for gratuities?
Answer: Nothing. All shipboard gratuities are included.
Question: How much should I cost in for soft drinks, mineral water and wine with dinner?
Answer: Nothing. Soft drinks, mineral water and wine with dinner are included in our rate. In fact, fine wines and premium spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee and tea served throughout the ship are all complimentary.
Question: What are the charges for meeting space rental and/or a hospitality desk on board your vessels?
Answer: We offer complimentary meeting space rental as well as onboard A/V equipment, charging only a nominal service charge for meeting room set-up and service (based on the number of guests in the meeting). In addition, there is no charge for a hospitality desk area on board, as well as the use of our computer, printer and telephone.
Question: Can I book shore excursions, spa treatments and dinner reservations prior to our cruise?
Answer: Pre-requested space can be provided to the ship in advance.
Question: Can we charter for less than 7-nights in Europe or Alaska?
Answer: Yes, based on advance notice, we can offer charters of any number of nights you may need for all destinations, not limited to Alaska or Europe.
Question: If we charter the ship, can we change the itinerary?
Answer: Yes, an itinerary may be changed provided that embark and debark ports remain as published.
Question: Are port/governmental charges included?
Answer: Port/governmental fees, handling security and cruise ship fuel surcharges are additional and are based on the actual number of guests sailing.
Question: Can we fly our corporate flag and can we logo-identify menus and daily programs?
Answer: Yes, if you are chartering the ship.
Question: Can we hold private cocktail receptions on board?
Question: Do you have promotional materials that we can use?
Answer: We have complimentary collateral materials in the form of blank shells, over-sized postcards, deck plans, etc.

Answer: We have complimentary high-resolution images available for all of our vessels on this website. Please click here to access.
Question: Can you offer a complimentary upgrade to our VIPs?
Answer: As our ships are intimate in size, there are a limited number of top-end suites. In order to secure a top-end suite for your VIP, we recommend that the rate for that suite be pro-rated into the group rate.
Question: Who handles my incentive program once it is sold?
Answer: At RSSC, we have a group of dedicated personnel to make sure every aspect of your group is taken care of. From first contact through final billing, you will be taken care of by true specialists.
Question: Can I request and confirm 1st or 2nd seating for my group?
Answer: RSSC offers full, open-seating dining to all guests so they can dine with whom they want, where they want, whenever they want.
Question: What type of meeting space is available?
Answer: Small groups and up to full-ship charters have the ability to utilize our conference rooms, lounges, restaurants and theaters for their meeting needs.
