Your sightseeing begins by driving along Rambla General Artigas and the Peninsula Coast Road to reach the Atlantic Ocean's beaches of Ingleses, Emir, and Brava.
Your scenic drive continues through leafy residential areas such as Cantegril, San Rafael, Parque del Golf, and Beverly Hills where a stop will be made for you to visit the Ralli Museum. This is a splendid private museum displaying the paintings and sculptures of Latin American artists together with some sculptures by Salvador Dali.
Next, continue on to Barra de Maldonado with its striking hanging bridges. If time permits, some free time for window-shopping will be given in the downtown area on Gorlero Avenue.
Please note: This tour includes moderate walking, plus any additional walking at the guests' discretion during free time (if provided). The tour is available to wheelchair guests who have a collapsible wheelchair, are able to make their own way on and off the coach and have an able-bodied companion to assist them. However, only the main floor of the Ralli Museum is wheelchair accessible and all other floors are reached by negotiating stairways. Those guests with mobility concerns are cautioned to carefuly evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability. Weather appropriate clothing; sunglasses; and flat, comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
