Oases of serene calm and pampering, they provide a venue for a few hours of revitalizing treatments during a day at sea, or as a perfect follow-up to a day of shore-side exploration. With their unrivalled approach to health and beauty, the services of the world-renowned Canyon Ranch spas are tailored uniquely to the needs of each individual. An array of rejuvenating spa treatments, some created specially for Regent guests, include massages and therapeutic bodywork, mud, aromatherapy, ayuvedic and seaweed treatments, facials and masks featuring Canyon Ranch’s award winning Your Transformation skincare products, conditioning body scrubs and therapeutic body cocoons.

Equipment includes lifecycles, free weights, striders, stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. A fitness instructor is on hand to offer advice and to demonstrate the use of the fitness equipment.

In addition to planned activities in the Fitness Center, take advantage of other sports-related activities throughout the ship. Deck 12 provides a golf cage, shuffleboard, table tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, including a large heated pool and two whirlpools.
