An array of rejuvenating spa treatments, some created specially for Regent guests, include massages and therapeutic bodywork, mud, aromatherapy, ayuvedic and seaweed treatments, facials and masks featuring Canyon Ranch’s award winning Your Transformation skincare products, conditioning body scrubs and therapeutic body cocoons.

Our Fitness Center and Exercise Classes will help you transform your physique as well as your state of mind. The Fitness Center boasts a state-of-the-art range of equipment, including lifecycles, free weights, striders, stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. One-on-one training can be arranged with the Fitness Instructor. Or join a class in stretching, Pilates, Yoga, aerobics and more.

In addition to planned activities in the Fitness Center, take advantage of other sports-related activities throughout the ship. Deck 12 provides golf cages, shuffleboard, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, including a large heated pool, two whirlpools and table tennis.
