Situated over 600 feet above sea level and looking down to the Ionian sea, Taormina is a beautiful and unforgettable city. Over the centuries, this picturesque town has fascinated poets and writers, as well as restless painters and artists searching for inspiration in this unique and refreshing climate that gives the impression that it is always springtime.

Seize the day by discovering all Taormina has to offer, enjoying its art, history and shopping, all at your own pace. The shuttle will operate at intervals throughout the day and you should check with the Destination Services Desk for the day's operating schedule.
Please note: Walking on this tour is at the guests' discretion. There are some uneven and cobblestone surfaces found within the town. The tour is available to guests who utilize a collapsible wheelchair, are able to make their own way on and off the coach and have a companion to assist them. Those with mobility concerns are cautioned to evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability. Weather appropriate clothing; flat, comfortable walking shoes; sun caps and sunglasses are suggested. Shuttles are available on a first-come, first-served basis and alternate means of transportation such as local taxis are available if you do not wish to wait for the shuttle.

Minor children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a an adult parent or guardian on all shore excursions. Tours require minimum participation levels to operate so please sign up as early as possible. Tours may be cancelled if minimum participation levels are not met.
