Bali (Tanah Ampo), Indonesia-port

Immerse yourself in Tanah Ampo a gem-like typical fishing village set on a perfect little bay. Colorful double outrigger fishing boats shaped like marlin line the beach. You can walk from one end of town to the other in 10 minutes, so take your time to experience the relaxed lifestyle. Several temples in the area may tempt you along the way, the Salyukti being the oldest on the island, dating back to the 11th Century. Shop for local arts and crafts, fabrics, and woodcarvings. Tanah Ampo boasts the best diving and snorkeling in all of Bali. Enjoy grilled fish, fresh juices and cold beer at a beachfront restaurant in this unspoiled setting.
