Mahé, Seychelles-port

Mahé, the largest island of the Seychelles, was named for Mahé de Labourdonnais, a governor of Mauritius. It is the location of Port Victoria, the capital city. Ringed by steep and magnificent mountains, few capitals can claim a more beautiful backdrop. The nearby reefs and pristine marine national parks are a snorkeler’s paradise

Tour Code: SEZ-003

Discover the magic of the Seychelles during this scenic visit to its silent and colorful underwater world.

After embarking your catamaran, you will depart the pier for a coral cruise to Moyenne island. Upon arrival, you will receive your safety instructions and snorkeling equipment, then begin exploring this fascinating underwater world. The waters here are abundant with tropical species that include scorpion, parrot and butterfly fish, and red gorgonian coral fans.

Transfer from your catamaran to the semi-submarine viewer which will provide a window through which you can explore the abundant marine life, and the guide will help you hand-feed the fish.

Please note: Guests are encouraged to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and beach shoes, and bring a towel from the ship.
