This full-day adventure highlights the exciting cosmopolitan lifestyle of the jet-set that is typified in Saint-Tropez.
From Cannes, you will board your coach and take a scenic drive to Sainte Maxime where you will leave your coach behind and embark a ferry for the 20-minute boat transfer to Saint-Tropez. Upon landing in Saint-Tropez, your guide will accompany you on an exclusive walking tour around the port and the narrow streets of the city.
Your walk takes you uphill to a vantage point that allows you to view the city from above its rooftops, looking out over the unique bay and encircling azure blue Mediterranean Sea. Following your guided walk, you will have plenty of free time for shopping and lunch on your own. Art lovers may also want to pay a visit to the Museum Annonciade where you can find works by Seurat, Matisse, Signac and Flaminck on display.
After approximately 4 hours in Saint-Tropez, you will re-join your guide and make the return boat transfer to Sainte Maxime where your coach awaits. Sit back and relax as you travel back to Cannes, enjoying the passing scenery of the stunning coastal road that is called The Golden Cornich. Thought by many to be one of the most beautiful sections of the French Riviera, the road runs between the sea and the Esterel. Composed of volcanic rock, the Esterel lies between Saint Raphael and La Napoule and is an inspiration to artists and travelers.
Following a brief rest stop in Saint Raphael, your coach continues back to Cannes where your tour concludes at the pier.
Please note: This tour includes approximately 2 1/4 hours of walking and there are some steps and cobblestone streets to negotiate. The tour is not available to wheelchair guests or those guests with mobility concerns. Flat, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are suggested. It is important to note that it is difficult to find restrooms along the highway en route to Saint-Tropez there are none on the transfer boat.
