Notification: Information contained in this website is not an offer or a contract. The transportation of guests and baggage on Regent Seven Seas Cruises vessels is provided solely by the Operator and is governed by the Terms and Conditions printed on the Guest Ticket/Contract. For complete information on Terms and Conditions, itineraries, liability of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and all sections mentioned below, please refer to the Guest Ticket/Contract. A copy of the Guest Ticket/Contract is available by contacting your travel agent or online at RSSC.com. Upon the first to occur, be it receipt of the guest’s deposit or full payment, the guest’s receipt of a confirmation letter/final invoice from Regent Seven Seas Cruises, or the issuance of a Guest Ticket/Contract to the guest, directly or by a travel agent, all of the terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket/Contract shall be binding on the parties thereto.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of 15% (20% for 2010 World Cruise and 2011 voyages greater than 25 nights) of the per person fare is required within 72 hours of reservation to confirm a booking. Payments cannot be transferred to alternative booking within 120 days of sailing. Unless otherwise noted, final payment must be received by RSSC 90 days prior to cruise departure for voyages 25 nights or less and 150 days prior for voyages greater than 25 nights. Final payment must be received within 3 business days for bookings made within 30 days of departure. RSSC reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid at time of final payment. Payment may be made by personal check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa.
Single Supplements:
A charge for single occupancy of a double occupancy suite varies by sailing.
Reservation Changes:
Name substitutions are NOT allowed at any time after final documentation has been issued. Re-issuing of cruise documentation (tickets, vouchers, etc.) will result in a $100 per person fee. Changes to airline tickets are subject to airline approval. In some instances, name corrections may result in the loss of original airline reservation and a minimum change fee of $150 per person. Alternate air carriers may then be substituted at RSSC discretion.
Payments/Revisions:
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and checks made payable to Regent Seven Seas Cruises are all acceptable forms of payments. Once a deposit is made, all changes are subject to an administrative fee. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is a world-wide leader in luxury cruising and our credit card transactions are processed through our bank in U.S. Dollars. Please be aware that some Visa and MasterCard issuing banks impose a "Foreign Transaction Fee" on credit card transactions processed outside of the U.S. even if the transaction is denominated in U.S. Dollars. This "Foreign Transaction Fee" is an arbitrary fee imposed by the credit card issuing banks which accrues solely to their benefit. Regent Seven Seas Cruises derives absolutely no benefit, monetary or otherwise, from the assessment of these fees. Regent Seven Seas Cruuises accepts no responsibility for credit card foreign currency/transaction processing fees independently assessed by issuing banks.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellations received prior to departure up to the scheduled time of departure. For all air-inclusive cruise or cruisetour packages cancelled after receipt of the airline ticket, refunds will only be processed after the return of the airline ticket. The following charges will apply to cancellations received as follows:
Standard cruises through 2010
From date of deposit to 121 days prior to vacation date: $200 per booking administrative fee. This administrative fee may be converted to a Future Cruise Credit redeemable on bookings made up to 12 months after cancellation and for travel any time.

Full Cruisers: $1,000 per booking administrative fee for MS-C and $500 per booking for D-H.
Segment Guests: $200 per booking administrative fee for all categories.
This administrative fee may be converted to a Future Cruise Credit redeemable on bookings made up to 12 months after cancellation and for travel any time.

Insurance:
We highly recommend adequate personal and baggage insurance and trip cancellation insurance for all Guests. All trip cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. Applications for insurance are provided upon request.
Itinerary:
WeGuests acknowledge that the scheduled itinerary is subject to delay, modification, or port-of-call cancellation due to weather and other causes beyond the control of RSSC. If necessary, at the sole discretion of RSSC, RSSC may substitute ports-of-call or make itinerary changes provided that in doing so, reasonable attempts are made to make the substitutions to the same benefit or advantage to the Guests. Further, reservations are subject to change in the event of a full ship charter.
Responsibility:
Regent Seven Seas Cruises accepts no liability or responsibility, whether occasioned by railroad, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance, for any injury, damages, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the acts or defaults of any of any company or person, or in carrying out the arrangements of the cruise or cruisetour, as a result of any cause beyond the control of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Guests specifically release Regent Seven Seas Cruises from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property, or from personal injuries or death, or from loss from delay, arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any other party, such as air carriers, hotels, shore excursion operators, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel, ship owners, ship operators or other providers of services of facilities. All arrangements made for Guests with independent contractors, including medical services, are made solely for the convenience of Guests and are done at the Guest’s own risk and cost. Regent Seven Seas Cruises shall not be liable for delay or inability to perform any portion of the cruise or cruise tour caused by or arising out of strikes, lockout or labor difficulties or shortages whether or not the Carrier is a party thereto, or explosion, fire, collision, standing or foundering of the vessel or breakdown or failure of or damage to the vessel or its hull or machinery or fittings howsoever and whosoever any or the same may arise or be caused, or civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, inability to secure or failure or supplies including fuel, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation by Regent Seven Seas Cruises:
Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a cruise or cruisetour or to make changes in the itinerary and hotel accommodations whenever, in its sole judgment, conditions warrant. In the event of charters of the vessels, truces, lockouts, riots or stoppage of labor from whatever cause or for any other reason whatsoever, the Owner or Operator of the vessels identified in the current brochure may, at any time, cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled cruise or cruisetour and may, but is not obligated to, substitute another vessel or itinerary and Regent Seven Seas Cruises shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to Guests by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement. Regent Seven Seas Cruises shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any Guest who must leave the cruisetour prematurely for any reason, nor shall Regent Seven Seas Cruises or the owners or operators of the vessels identified in Regent Seven Seas Cruises brochures be responsible for the lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by such Guest

Services Provided by Airlines:
Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing and city airport from each gateway city. Any changes made to an issued airline ticket will incur an administrative change fee. Any additional costs including penalties for cancellations/rebookings will be made at the Guest’s expense. All airline tickets issued by Regent Seven Seas Cruises are refundable only to Regent Seven Seas Cruises, therefore, all tickets should be returned to: Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Attention: Air Refunds. Regent Seven Seas Cruises will determine the amount of any refund due. If the air ticket is lost, the Guest is responsible for the costs of its replacement. Regent Seven Seas Cruises has no responsibility for altered travel plans caused by airline delays or for any act, omission or event occurring while not on board. Regent Seven Seas Cruises cannot confirm airline seat assignments, add frequent flyer numbers to airline records or request special meals. These services should be arranged by his or her travel agent directly with the airline

Physically Challenged Guests:
We welcome Guests with special needs. Guests who have any medical, physical or other special needs must contact Regent Seven Seas Cruises at 800-285-1835 to obtain our Policy Statement.
Optional Hotel Stays, Overland Programs and Land Programs:
RSSC offers Guests the option to purchase hotel stays or land programs/shore excursions. These programs are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of participants is not reached. If a pre-/post-cruise program is cancelled by RSSC, Guests who have booked their air through the RSSC Air Program, and do not choose to accept the new offer, will have their flight changed to RSSC air between their gateway city and the ship without incurring a change fee. RSSC cannot be held responsible for any independent travel costs incurred if a land program, tour or private arrangement made through RSSC is cancelled due to participation minimums not being met. Changes to flight availability, itinerary and program are subject to change without previous notice. Change in programs itinerary or content, or cancellation by RSSC of any of these programs does not constitute grounds for your cancellation of the voyage. The following cancellation penalties apply:
Pre- and Post-Cruise Hotels – Penalties will begin at 45 days prior to the hotel check-in date
Pre- and Post-Cruise Land Programs – Penalties will begin at 60 days prior from the program’s start date
Overland Programs or Pre-Bookable Adventures Ashore (Land tours that take place during cruise) – Penalties will begin at 45 days prior to program start date
Shore Excursions – Penalties begin at 36 hours prior to tour start date
RSSC and its appointed ground operators will do all they can to assist with alternative arrangements, but we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred if a land program, tour, shore excursion or private arrangement made through RSSC is disrupted due to adverse weather conditions. RSSC reserves the right to increase hotel, land program, tour and shore excursion prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
For Profit Entity:
Notwithstanding that Regent Seven Seas Cruises, at the Guest’s option, arranges air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transfers, shore excursions and other services with independent suppliers of services, it should be understood that Regent Seven Seas Cruises, being a “for profit entity,” earns a profit on the sale of optional services.
