The Air Deviation Department will process your request within 2 business days. By requesting this flight deviation, you accept Regent Seven Seas Cruises policy that if the specific flights and dates requested are available and there is no fare differential, flights will be confirmed. The non-refundable Air Deviation Fee of $100.00 per guest will be automatically added and charged to the credit card on file.

An air deviation may include specific air carriers, flights, dates and cities. Air deviations are only available to those guests who have booked flights with Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Air deviations are not available within 35 days of sailing.

Hotels: If you have a waitlisted hotel with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, please do not submit this request. Once the waitlist is cleared the air/sea department will confirm the flights.

Special Services: Regent Seven Seas Cruises is not responsible for any seat assignments, frequent flyer numbers, special meal requests, wheelchair requests and any other special services requests on flights.

Transfers: Guests are responsible for their own independent airport transfers on any deviated air dates.
