Reasons your reservation may not be found:

1. Make sure the Last Names match:

RSSC.com looks for an EXACT match of the last name with the last name on the reservation including spaces and other characters. The match is NOT case-sensitive however.

2. Booking Status:

The reservation must have a deposit paid for the web site to recognize it as a valid booking in the system.

3. Invalid Reservation ID:

Do NOT enter the letter following the reservation id. Enter just the number only.

4. Intermediate Port Boarding:

If a guest is boarding a cruise at an intermediate port, the segment might not register to RSSC.com, and so the cruise cannot be added to My Booked Cruises. In these cases, please contact reservations to request your shore excursions.
