Regent Recognises Customer Services Nomination Award

Regent Seven Seas Cruises will acknowledge one deserving travel consultant who goes above and beyond when booking your Regent cruise. To nominate your preferred travel consultant, please tell us in your own words, how they go the extra mile.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This award is open to recognise UK travel agents and a Regent reservations consultant.
  2. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all details are completed. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
  4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to: salessupport@rssc.com within one month after the closing date of the competition.
  5. All entries must be received by 14 December 2018. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
  6. The winner will be contacted within 28 days after the closing date. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  7. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
  8. The winning travel advisor will win a place at the preview sailing aboard Seven Seas Splendor which will take place in February 2020 in Europe. The prize includes a suite aboard Seven Seas Splendor on a cruise only basis. The number of nights will be confirmed nearer the time. The winning travel consultan can take a travelling companion employed by the agency.
  9. The prize does not include flights, transfers, personal expenditure or incidental costs for the travel advisor and travelling companion.
  10. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity including reviews of the experience on blogs, on behalf of the Promoter and on board Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
  11. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and our privacy policy which is available on our website.
