Mari Wells Coyle is an accomplished winemaker with more than 20 years of experience crafting premium wines throughout California wine country. Raised in Bellingham, Washington, Mari developed an early appreciation for seasonal ingredients, outdoor living and the role wine plays in bringing people together around the table. Inspired by both art and science, she earned a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis, and began her winemaking career at age 24 with a small woman-owned winery. Since then, she has helped lead start-up wineries and modernize established brands including David Girard Vineyards, Sterling Vineyards and ONEHOPE Wine. Today, Mari is known for her expertise in Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varietals, bringing a vineyard-driven philosophy focused on expressing the best fruit in every bottle. Outside the winery, she enjoys cooking, traveling and outdoor adventures with her family in Sonoma County.

Jay Gifford is the Managing Director, International for Foley Family Wines & Spirits, where he leads global sales and international market expansion for the company’s premium wine and spirits portfolio. Based in Canterbury, Jay brings extensive experience in the beverage industry, having previously held leadership roles with WX Brands/Grupo Peñaflor, Accolade Wines, Constellation Brands, InterContinental Brands, and Molson Coors. Throughout his career, he has successfully grown internationally recognized wine brands across key global markets, particularly in the UK and Nordic regions. At Foley Family Wines & Spirits, Jay focuses on expanding the company’s presence in premium wine categories while showcasing its portfolio of acclaimed wineries and internationally recognized brands. His expertise spans global sales strategy, brand development, and the continued growth of luxury wine experiences in international markets.
