•This is a small group program.

    DAY 1 – July 22, 2027

Today guests arrive at Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport. Once you have gone through Customs and Immigration and collected your luggage, meet your driver for a private transfer to your city-based hotel.

Check in time is at 3:00pm. Should your room not be available when you arrive you are welcome to leave your belongings with the Concierge so you can begin to use the facilities of the hotel or do some independent exploration.

The remainder of the day is at your leisure to settle in. Meals are on your own today.

    DAY 2- July 23, 2027

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Any luggage that will not accompany you will be collected and stored at the hotel where you will be reunited with it on Day 4.

Meet your guide and take a transfer back to Stockholm Airport for a flight to Lulea, a coastal city in Swedish Lapland, considered to be the world's largest brackish water archipelago with 1,312 islands, several rivers and vast forestland.

Your journey begins with a visit Norrbottens Destilleri, a locally owned craft distillery producing small-batch spirits inspired by the Arctic climate and the natural ingredients of northern Sweden. Learn about the distillation process, the use of regional botanicals, and the passion behind this innovative producer, which captures the essence of Norrbotten in every bottle. The visit concludes with a guided gin tasting, offering an opportunity to sample distinctive flavors shaped by the landscapes of Swedish Lapland.

Continue to Arctic Bath Hotel (drive time is approximately 1.5 hours) for check-in and some free time to relax. All hotel guests will have access to the sauna and cold bath during Spa opening hours. Additionally, specific treatments can be booked at own cost.

Set on the tranquil Lule River in the heart of Swedish Lapland, Arctic Bath is a masterwork of contemporary Scandinavian design by Bertil Harström and Johan Kauppi—a seamless tribute to the region’s timber heritage and enduring spirit. This floating retreat shifts with the seasons, drifting on open waters in summer and nestling into the ice in winter, offering guests an ever-changing immersion in the Arctic landscape.

At its core, the circular main lodge—evoking the legacy of log driving—houses a world-class spa featuring invigorating cold baths, soothing saunas, Jacuzzis, and bespoke treatments. The acclaimed restaurant elevates regional flavors, while elegant lounges and bars provide a serene haven for relaxation.

Sleek cabins, perched on land or suspended over water, blend natural materials with striking modern lines, boasting panoramic glass walls, floating walkways, and cozy interiors of wood and stone. Guests are invited to embrace the Nordic ritual of alternating cold plunges and warm saunas, and to indulge in holistic wellness that balances gourmet nutrition, movement, and tranquility.

Recipient of the esteemed Michelin Key, Arctic Bath stands as a peerless destination where exceptional design, attentive service, and the pristine beauty of Lapland unite for an unforgettable luxury escape—whatever the season.

As evening falls, you are welcomed to a charming Logger’s Lodge — a private retreat nestled in the heart of nature. Here, indulge in a delicious three-course dinner crafted with local ingredients, perfectly paired with fine wines and premium beverages. The serene atmosphere and personalized service make this an unforgettable dining experience.

After dinner, a tranquil drive brings you back to your hotel.

    DAY 3 – July 24, 2027

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a unique cultural experience. Today, you’ll visit a cherished Sámi family who warmly opens their home to share their rich heritage. Upon arrival, meet Pia and Henry, who will captivate you with heartfelt stories about Sápmi, Sámi culture, and its culinary traditions.

Explore the surrounding forest on a guided walk, learning about edible plants, the Sámi way of life, and their deep connection with nature. Discover how ancestral wisdom continues to inspire future generations.

After the walk, immerse yourself in a hands-on culinary adventure. Join the team in crafting a memorable meal: some will bake traditional Sámi Gáhkku flatbread in a wood-fired oven, others will assist in the kitchen or decorate the dining area, while a few may create craft cocktails at the charming Huuva Bar under expert guidance.

Celebrate your shared efforts by enjoying the delicious meal you’ve prepared, paired with locally selected beverages that highlight the flavors of Sápmi.

Return to Arctic Bath Hotel (drive time approximately 1.5 hours) for a relaxed afternoon and this evening, celebrate your journey through Swedish Lapland with an Arctic Culinary Experience at the hotel where the region’s rich food traditions are artfully reimagined. This memorable dining experience celebrates local flavors and ingredients, providing a fitting and elegant finale to your time in the North.

    DAY 4 – July 25, 2027

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Your day begins with a guided tour of Gammelstad Church Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, led by a knowledgeable local guide.

This charming village, centered around a medieval church, offers a fascinating insight into Sweden’s rich history and cultural traditions.

Afterwards, enjoy a 2-course lunch at a local restaurant before enjoying some free time in Luleå’s lively city center.

Explore local shops, visit cultural landmarks, or simply soak in the atmosphere as urban charm meets stunning natural surroundings.

In time, transfer to Luleå Airport for a flight to Stockholm. Upon arrival a transfer will whisk the group to your hotel where the remainer of the evening is at your leisure. Dinner is on your own. Guests are reunited with any stored luggage.

    DAY 5 – July 26, 2027

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before settling any incidentals and checking out. Meet your local guide and set off on a guided tour of the Swedish capital.

Drive past Stockholm’s historic and cultural landmarks, where old-world charm blends seamlessly with modern life. Continue to Djurgården Island and step into history at the Vasa Museum, home to the world’s only fully preserved 17th-century ship. Discover the remarkable story of the Vasa and its extraordinary restoration.

At the conclusion of the tour, transfer to the pier in time for embarkation.

During your stay you might choose to enjoy the roof-top outdoor, heated lap pool and bar and don’t miss the on-site bakery serving fresh bread, traditional treats and coffee to locals and guests alike.

    DAY 2

After breakfast, start the day with a unique visit to the ByBi (City Bees) honey factory and learn about all the work they are doing with bees in and around Copenhagen. They encourage residents to follow their model and become beekeepers to cultivate a regenerative system where bees, flowers and humans thrive. You will learn about their efforts while touring the factory. Sampling honey produced in different parts of Copenhagen will clearly demonstrate how the tastes vary by location and environmental factors.

A hands-on cooking class follows, during which you will learn to make smørrebrød, a traditional Danish open-faced sandwich. This national dish is more complex than it may sound, as there is a whole culture around how to make and eat one of these layered rye bread sandwiches, which you will have for lunch.

Canals are abundant in Copenhagen and there’s no better way to see Denmark’s capital than by cruising the waterways after lunch. Along the way, you will see some of the city’s stunning architecture, which the guide will describe in detail. You will also notice the many urban parks and green spaces, which provide a natural habitat for birds and bees, especially honeybees.

Next take a peek at the theatrical side of Copenhagen on an insider’s tour of the Danish Royal Theatre. Its architectural elements are extraordinary, particularly the ceiling paintings, so be sure to look up. You will also see what goes on behind the scenes as you explore the backstage and the rooms where the theatrical costumes are created. Peering into Queen Margrethe’s private salon will be among the highlights.

Return to your hotel where the remainder of the day and evening are at your leisure. Dinner is on your own.

Note: Should the Royal Danish Theatre not be available, it will be substituted with a visit with either a Copenhagen Opera House and Royal Playhouse tour or a visit to the DAC (The Danish Architectural Center).

    DAY 3

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will venture into the outskirts to explore the island of Funen, home to the Renaissance-era Egeskov Castle. Although a noble family lives in the castle, they open it to the public during the day. As you meander through the elegant interior, you may view the banquet hall, the music room and the Victorian room, whose furnishings reflect the family’s heritage.

The castle grounds are just as magnificent as you will discover while walking through the park-like gardens. The castle parks at Fredensborg and Frederiksborg, as well as those of Versailles, inspired the nearly 300-year-old garden design. Hedges, some as high as 25 feet, separate the various themed gardens.

Continuing on, you will head to Odense for lunch before exploring the city. As an introduction to its allure, you will visit the home of famed author Hans Christian Andersen, who was born in Odense. You can expect it to be a fascinating journey into his creative universe and beloved fairy tales such as “The Little Mermaid” and The Ugly Duckling.” By the end of the tour, you will have gained a much deeper understanding of the author and what inspired his creativity.

Although Odense is synonymous with Andersen, you will discover its other charms during free time. The downtown invites walking and there are plenty of shops and attractions worth a look.

After your independent exploration of Odense, you will return to your hotel. The remainder of the evening will be at leisure with dinner on your own.

    DAY 4

Enjoy breakfast and check out in time for a private transfer to Copenhagen Airport. Check out time at the hotel is at 12:00pm and transfers will be coordinated with the departure flight details provided.

For guests with late flights, luggage storage will be available at the hotel until your transfer.
