Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: Regent Seven Seas Experience Day

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Goodwood Estate Company Limited and its group companies (“Promoter”), and Norwegian Cruise Line Group UK Limited (Regent Seven Seas Cruises) (“Provider”), their families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with running the prize draw.
2. The prize is a “Regent Seven Seas Experience Day” for one (1) winner and one guest. The “Regent Seven Seas Experience Day” prize includes return transfers between one household/address and port (address within 100 miles of the port location); champagne reception; private tour of a ship in Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ fleet; gourmet lunch during the Regent Seven Seas Experience Day; and an overnight stay for two in a hotel in Southampton, United Kingdom the night before the Regent Seven Seas Experience Day. The winner must take the prize as one package. The prize does not include personal expenditures or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. The available location and date of the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Experience Day will be confirmed with the winner and will take place in Summer 2024, in Southampton, United Kingdom. The prize is non-transferrable, and dates cannot be amended. The prize is subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives.
3. Details of how to enter form part of the Prize Draw Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions”). It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Provider is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Entries must be submitted via RSSC.com/goodwood-revival and entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. The drawing will be conducted shortly afterwards from all eligible entries received.
5. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Regent Seven Seas Cruises, FAO S. Deadman / Goodwood Draw Winner, Mountbatten House, Grosvenor Sq., Southampton SO15 2JU within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
6. All entries must be received beginning Thursday 24 August 2023 until 23:59 on Sunday 1 October 2023.
7. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email or phone within approximately fourteen (14) days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize within 7 days from first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value may be provided.
9. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Provider and the Promoter.
10. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the Provider’s privacy policy at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law.
11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
12. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of the Provider.
13. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
