How will Regent Seven Seas Cruises use results from the Research Panel?
The purpose of the panel is to receive high-quality input from you, as part of our engaged, representative group of consumers. Anonymous survey results will be shared with relevant business teams to influence enhancements to our cruise experience, marketing, and other key decisions. General trends and consensus opinions such as overall destination preferences may be used in media releases as appropriate.
Why is Regent Seven Seas Cruises asking me to acknowledge their ‘Terms of Use’?
All panelists are required to read and agree to Regent’s Research Panel Terms of Use, which outlines who can participate, confidentiality of results, rights and expectations of the panelists along with other general guidelines and rules. The Terms of Use can be viewed here.
Can I share the surveys with my friends who are loyal Past Guests?
Your invitation to participate in the program is personal and non-transferable. Only registered members can participate in the survey. You may not disclose to others any information that we disclose to you or any ideas or information that are generated in the panel.
How will I know if there is a survey for me to complete?
You will receive an email invitation with a link to the online survey to complete. You’re not obligated to participate; however, you may become classified as inactive and removed from the panel if you do not participate over an extended period.
How frequently will I be invited to participate in the survey?
Generally, once per month. Frequency may vary as there may be surveys not relevant for every panel member to participate in each time.
How long will the survey take to complete?
Typically 5-10 minutes, with the majority of questions being multiple-choice.
After I receive the survey, how long do I have to complete it?
Unless otherwise noted, the survey will remain active for 7 days.
How was I selected to be part of the panel?
You were invited to join the Research Panel as a Regent Seven Seas Cruises past guest or alternatively you have previously inquired with Regent Seven Seas Cruises. All panelists are required to opt-in to join the panel.
Will Regent Seven Seas Cruises share the survey results with panelists?
We will share anonymous aggregate results with panelists twice each year focusing broadly on what has been implemented.
Are there any fees or costs?
No. Regent Seven Seas Cruises Research Panel membership is completely free, and we hope you find the influence you have in shaping our brand to be meaningful and rewarding.
Do I need special hardware or software?
No. Almost any modern computer, tablet or smart phone with internet access is sufficient to participate in the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Research Panel.
How do I unsubscribe?
At any time you may click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our Regent Seven Seas Cruises Research Panel email communications. You can also email researchpanel@rssc.com requesting to unsubscribe from the panel.

Welcome to the RSSC Research Panel website (the "Site"). The Site provides access to a monthly only survey online community (the “Program”) operated and managed by Seven Seas Cruises S. de R.L. d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises (“RSSC”) (the “Company”). The Program is an online survey where registered members can answer questions for research purposes. Anonymous survey results will be shared within RSSC to help enhance the cruise experience, marketing, and other key decisions. General trends and consensus opinions such as overall destination preferences may be used in media releases as appropriate.
The Company, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, reserves the right to make changes to the Program and to these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time, because by visiting the Site, you agree to accept any such changes. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Site and the Program.
Your entry into the Program, as well as your continued participation, is entirely subject to the Company’s discretion. Not all applicants will qualify for participation. You are authorized to use the Program only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not download, copy, or share any content displayed on the Site. Your invitation to participate in the Program is personal and non-transferable. You must be a resident of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or Australia and 18 years of age or older to be a member of the Program. Neither you nor anyone in your household or immediate family may work for the Company, another cruise line, or a market research firm. You may not disclose to others any of the information that we disclose to you or any ideas or information that are generated in the Program. When you register for membership in the Program, you will be required to provide your name, e-mail address, and other information about yourself. Online surveys may be hosted by third parties and utilize third-party software called Alchemer. By participating in the Program and/or responding to any survey, you are also accepting the additional terms of use of this software provider which can be found at https://www.alchemer.com/terms.
You understand that all opinions, information, data, text, messages or any other materials ("Content"), that are publicly posted by third parties (that is, anyone not associated with the Company) on the Site, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to Content that is opinionated, offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Site or membership in the Program.

You may not disclose to others any of the information that the Company discloses to you through the Program or your participation in the Program or use such information for any purpose other than participation. Your Program user name and password are for your use only. You may not disclose your password to any other person.
You grant the Company an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, non-cancellable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, make available to the public, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute any Content that you post on the Site. You irrevocably grant to the Company the right to use your name and image in connection with use, publication, and display of Content, as well as in promoting the Program, the Site, and the Company. You release and waive all claims against the Company with respect to any intellectual property or other proprietary rights, rights of privacy and publicity, rights of attribution, or any other liability.
When you access a non-Company website, please realize that it is independent of the Company. Clicking a link to any off-site, non-Company page is at your own risk. The Company makes no warranties or representations about any non-Company website and has no responsibility for such websites or their content. The Company may terminate these Terms of Use, terminate the Program, and/or deny you access to the Site and/or the Program, at any time, immediately and without notice, in the Company’s sole discretion for any or no reason.
If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to be a member of the Program, you may opt out by sending an email to the opt-out email indicated below, and stating you would no longer like to be a member of the Program. You may also click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email communication you receive to stop receiving communications. We will retain your information in our "unsubscribe" database to ensure that we do not send commercial marketing emails to you for this online community in the future.

COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO A PROGRAM MEMBER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID, IF ANY, TO SUCH PERSON, BUT IN NO EVENT MORE THAN US$100.00.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the Miami, Florida. As a condition of participating, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Miami, Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you or any participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
The waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of the Company’s right to require strict observance of each of these Terms of Use. If the Company fails at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Terms of Use, or if the Company fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which the Company is entitled under these Terms of Use, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall be unaffected and shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable.
