Description

Discover the full backstory of the Titanic by exploring the Titanic Quarter, an urban waterfront development on the site where the ill-fated ship was constructed in the early 1900s. You will view the original slipways, caisson gate and pump house exterior of the former Harland and Wolff shipyard and trace the length of the dock for an understanding of the Titanic’s enormous size and scale. The experience will bring an unrivalled sense of reality and relevance to the building of the legendary vessel. Following your tour of Titanic’s Dry Dock you will make your way to Titanic Belfast where you will browse the exhibitions within Titanic Belfast. This massive gallery presents details of the world’s most famous cruise ship through interactive experiences, videos and displays that tell its tragic story from beginning to end. The displays are so captivating that you will feel as if you are right there during the ship’s construction all the way through to its final resting place on the ocean floor.
