1. Who Can Enter.

This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to anyone who attends the Goodwood Revival on 12 to 14 September 2025, at Goodwood Race Circuit, Selhurstpark Rd, Chichester, West Sussex, PO18 0PS, United Kingdom, who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address and to recipients in Promoter’s email database who receive the post-Goodwood Revival event email summarizing this Prize Draw (hereinafter, the "Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of Seven Seas Cruises Ltd., d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises (hereinafter, the “Sponsor), its respective parent companies and respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of the prize and anyone else professionally associated with running the Prize Draw (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”) and The Goodwood Estate Company Limited and its group companies (“Promoter”) are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

By submitting to this prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict as to the terms, these terms and conditions take precedence.

2. Deadlines For Entries.

The Prize Draw begins at 12:00:01 AM BST on 12 September 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM BST on 30 September 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Prize Draw. All entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period, and Entries received after the close of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

3. How to Enter.

Promoter shall market this Prize Draw by 1) a physical activation at the Goodwood Revival where the RSSC Festival events staff will engage with attendees to explain how to enter the Prize Draw, and 2) promoting the Prize Draw via e-mail and digital via QR codes that link to the landing page for the Prize Draw. Entrants may also enter via scanning the QR code for Sponsor’s advertisement on this Prize Draw that will be set forth in Goodwood’s event brochures that will be able to be purchased at the event itself, and subsequently through the Prize Draw Period via Sponsor’s landing page listed below or by visiting the landing page link of the Prize Draw via the URL link that will be displayed on the Goodwood event race brochure. To enter the Prize Draw, an Entrant (i) must complete one (1) entry form during the Prize Draw Period, which is located at https://www.rssc.com/goodwood-revival, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including, but not limited to, providing the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment; and (ii) must click “SUBMIT” to confirm that he/she has read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Prize.

One prize is available (“Prize”): one suite, double occupancy, for winner and one guest for a fourteen (14) night cruise aboard Seven Seas Mariner^®, departing 26 November 2025 from Barcelona and disembarking on 10 December 2025 in Miami. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS OR TRANSFERS – ONLY THE CRUISE IS INCLUDED. Non-included services are at the expense of the winner including but not limited to, optional onboard expenses, casino, retail store or spa charges; any such expenses incurred are solely the responsibility of the winner/and or winner’s guest. The winner must take the prize as one package. The prize excludes personal expenditures or incidental costs, air transportation, and ground transportation. Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary on dates to be specified by Sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. The prize is non-transferrable, and dates cannot be amended. The prize is subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives. Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of prize are final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. 5. Winner Selection and Notification.

One Winner will be selected by random drawing by Sponsor from all entries received by the Prize Draw closing date. Sponsor shall verify details of the selected entry and booking to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions. The Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor by email or phone within approximately seven (7) days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. Should the Sponsor be unable to contact the Winner or should the Winner be unable to accept the Prize within seven (7) days from first contact, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prize is not transferable. The Winner’s name and city/county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Sponsor at the address below, within one month after the closing date of the Prize Draw. Sponsor shall cover all costs (including import/export duties and taxes, if applicable) relating to shipping the Prize to the Winner.

6. Prize Availability.

The Prize as described is available on the date of publication. The winner will not receive the value of any difference between the approximate retail value and actual retail value of the prize(s).

7. Publicity.

The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Sponsor. Except where prohibited, entrants grant Sponsor permission to publish his/her name, town/city and state of residency on their websites or promotional materials in the event of winning. Entrants also grant permission to release full names on a Winner’s list to individuals requesting a mailed copy of same.

8. Privacy Policy.

Information collected through the administration of this Prize Draw will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administration of this Prize Draw as well as for marketing communications if the Entrant has opted in to receive such correspondence. Entrants may update their preferences at any time. All data will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy as well as applicable law. By opting in to receive telephone communications, Entrant consents to receive communications (calls and text messages) from Sponsor and its affiliates about our products, services, and promotions. Entrant consents that such (1) communications may be sent using automatic dialing equipment and/or include prerecorded messages and (2) communications from Sponsor are not “unsolicited” for purposes of applicable law. Importantly, be aware that Entrant’s service provider may charge for these communications in accordance with Entrant’s service plan between Entrant and their current telephone provider.

9. Release.

Events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor and accordingly the Sponsor may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize Draw and the Entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Sponsor as a result thereof. The Sponsor is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the Prize Draw as well as the provision of the Prize. By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, and subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfilment and execution of this Prize Draw (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Prize Draw or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Prize Draw-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.. Prize(s) will not be replaced if lost or stolen, or not redeemed, and are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor Parties are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel cancellation or delay. Sponsor Parties are not responsible and will have no liability if the Winner and/or his/her guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. All expenses, including taxes, not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of the prize(s) and are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Sponsor Parties shall not be responsible for any prize that is not redeemed or forfeited.

10. General.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Draw or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by English courts., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English laws.

*Please note: It may be necessary for a COVID test to take place prior to embarkation. If prize winner is suffering from COVID symptoms, the prize winner will not be able to board the ship.
