1. Who Can Enter.

This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all travel partners who are residents of the United States of America (including the District of Columbia) or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address (hereinafter, the "Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of Seven Seas Cruises Ltd., d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”), its respective parent companies and respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of the prize and anyone else professionally associated with running the Prize Draw (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. Deadline for Entries.

The Prize Draw begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2025, (the “Prize Draw Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Prize Draw. All Entries (as defined in section 3 below) must be received during the Prize Draw Period, and Entries received after the close of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt Entries or Entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost Entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Bookings initially deposited and then canceled are ineligible. Bookings made prior to the Prize Draw Period start date do not qualify.

3. How to Enter.

To enter the Prize Draw, an Entrant:

1. must, during the Prize Draw Period, make a deposited booking on a 2025 sailing;
2. must complete one (1) Entry form per each new applicable booking made during the Prize Draw Period (“Entry” or “Entries”), which is located at RSSC.com/TAGiftCard, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including, but not limited to, providing the reservation number of the new booking, your first name, last name, a valid email address, phone number, agency address, agency booking number; and
3. must click “SUBMIT” to confirm that he/she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within twenty-four (24) hours of submission.

This offer is available on all 2025 sailings. Entrants may make multiple Entries during the Prize Draw Period for each new applicable booking made during the Prize Draw Period. Each Entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, Entries cannot be amended in any way. Entrant submission name and travel partner name on RSSC reservations booking system must match. Eligible bookings must be new bookings and options must be held within incentive period, and back-to-back cruises class as one booking. Bookings initially deposited and then cancelled are ineligible.

4. Prize.

Digital $300 USD Gift Card

For every new valid Entry submitted, Entrant shall earn one (1) three-hundred-dollar ($300 USD) gift card. There is no limit to the number of gift cards an Entrant may receive . For example, if an Entrant makes 50 new deposited booking on 2025 sailings, such Entrant shall earn fifty (50) gift cards. Gift cards will be fulfilled via e-mail within thirty (30) days after sailing. Gift card awards are subject to verification and confirmation of eligibility.

Cash Prize

Additionally, all Entries shall be submitted to participate in a prize drawing where Sponsor shall randomly select three (3) winners to receive a cash prize below.

• First Prize: USD $10,000 cash prize
• Second Prize: USD $5,000 cash prize
• Third Prize: USD $2,500 cash prize

Prizes shall be paid out in the form of a commission bonus and be fulfilled by July 31, 2025. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize. U.S. prize winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the prize as required by law. Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the winning advisor within thirty (30) days of notification or they may be forfeited.

The drawing will be conducted shortly after the end of the Prize Draw Period from all eligible Entries received. Bookings made as part of groups with negotiated amenities are not eligible. Entries are awarded for new bookings only, no previously submitted bookings may retroactively receive an Entry. Offer is combinable with standard promotional offers. All registered bookings will be reviewed prior to actual fulfillment. 5. Winner Selection and Notification.

Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing by Sponsor from all Entries received by the Prize Draw closing date. Sponsor shall verify the details of the selected Entry and booking to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions. The winners will be contacted by the Sponsor by email or phone within approximately seven (7) days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. Should the Sponsor be unable to contact the Winner or should the Winner be unable to accept the Prize within seven (7) days from first contact, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prize is not transferable. Winners may elect to provide the Sponsor with their name and city/county by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Sponsor at the address below, within one (1) month after the closing date of the Prize Draw. Sponsor shall cover all costs (including import/export duties and taxes, if applicable) relating to shipping the Prize to the winner.

6. Prize Availability.

The Prize as described is available on the date of publication.

7. Publicity.

Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Sponsor. Except where prohibited, Entrants grant Sponsor permission to publish his/her name, town/city and state of residency on their websites or promotional materials in the event of winning. Entrants also grant permission to release full names on a winner’s list to individuals requesting a mailed copy of same.

8. Privacy Policy.

Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this Prize Draw and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy and applicable law. By providing the personal data of others, Entrants confirm that they have the authority to do so on their behalf and have provided them with the information set forth in Regent Seven Seas Cruises' privacy policy.

9. Release.

Events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor and accordingly the Sponsor may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize Draw and the Entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Sponsor as a result thereof. The Sponsor is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the Prize Draw as well as the provision of the Prize. By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, and subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfilment and execution of this Prize Draw (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Prize Draw or any element thereof, including Entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Prize Draw-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to it by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.

10. General.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions to the Prize Draw or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.

To qualify and register, Travel Advisors must submit details of any new bookings made during the Promotion Period through the form at RSSC.com/TAGiftCard. The form can be completed after the deposit for each respective booking is received. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within twenty-four (24) hours of submission.
