Alluring Australian Capitals Land Program in Australia

After arriving at the Langham Sydney Hotel on Day 1, you’ll have the remainder of the day to settle in, explore the city and dine on your own. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

Following breakfast on Day 2, you’ll begin touring the wonderfully cosmopolitan and extraordinarily beautiful Sydney. You’ll explore the Sydney Opera House, an icon shaped like billowing sails that’s so culturally and architecturally important, UNESCO named it a World Heritage Site.

Then, it’s on to the North Bondi RSL Club, an ideal setting for lunch overlooking famed Bondi Beach, a golden crescent of sand rimmed by turquoise waters.

After lunch, settle in for a relaxing drive inland to vibrant Canberra, Australia’s capital, where you’ll check into the luxurious Hyatt Hotel Canberra. The remainder of the day will be at your leisure with meals on your own.

Following breakfast on Day 3, you’ll explore Canberra, Australia’s capital since 1911, with an in-depth look at the Parliament House. Being the center of government until 1988, the Old Parliament House holds a special historical significance and is now home to the Museum of Australian Democracy. In contrast, the new Parliament House features a contemporary design.

After free time and a leisurely lunch, the tour continues to the Australian War Memorial, which commemorates Australians who died in war. Standing in the shadow of the Parliament House, it opened in 1941 and features a collection of photographs, war records and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

After more free time, you’ll return to the hotel for an evening and dinner on your own.

Following breakfast on Day 4, you’ll begin a relaxing drive back to Sydney, stopping along the way for tea.
