Deposit and final payment schedules vary by the voyage sail date and length, as outlined below. Bookings not deposited as per this schedule will automatically be cancelled. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid at time of final payment. Payment may be made by personal check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

Voyages 14 nights or less

• Deposit Schedule:
  • Over 120 days from sailing: 15% deposit due within five days of booking; excluding Regent Suite, which is one 25% deposit due within five days of booking
  • 91-120 days from sailing: payment in full due within three days of booking
  • 31-90 days from sailing: payment in full due within 24 hours of booking
  • 30 days or less from sailing: payment in full due same day of booking
• Full Payment required 120 days from sailing

Voyages 15 nights or longer

• Deposit Schedule:
  • Over 150 days from sailing: 15% deposit due within five days of booking; excluding Regent Suite, which is one 25% deposit due within five days of booking
  • 121-150 days from sailing: payment in full due within five days of booking
  • 91-120 days from sailing: payment in full due within three days of booking
  • 31-90 days from sailing: payment in full due within 24 hours of booking
  • 30 days or less from sailing: payment in full due same day of booking
• Full Payment required 150 days from sailing

In addition to the above schedules, effective for voyages over 60 nights that begin April 1, 2025 or later, the following deposit and payment schedules apply:

Voyages 61 nights or longer

• Deposit Schedule:
  • Over 270 days from sailing: 10% initial deposit due within five days of booking, followed by a second deposit totaling 30% due 270 days prior to sailing; excluding Regent Suite, which is one 25% deposit due within five days of booking
  • 181-270 days from sailing: 30% deposit due within five days of booking
  • 121-180 days from sailing: payment in full due within three days of booking
  • 91-120 days from sailing: payment in full due within 24 hours of booking
  • 90 days or less from sailing: payment in full due same day of booking
• Full Payment required 180 days from sailing

A 100% cancellation fee will be imposed as indicated for non-appearance. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased from Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, excluding optional facilities and services fees. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket Contract for fees relating to the cancellation of optional facilities and services. Any refund due as indicated by the cancellation fee schedule will be made after receipt of written notice of cancellation. Cancellation notices must be in writing and received by Regent Seven Seas Cruises® no later than the day before cancellation penalties are to be assessed. Guests who cancel within the indicated periods are subject to the following per person cancellation fees.

CRUISES 14 NIGHTS OR LESS
For cancellations made from the date of deposit to 121 days prior to cruise sail date, an administrative fee of $100 per person for suite categories MS-H will apply.

For cancellations made from the date of deposit to 151 days prior to cruise sail date, an administrative fee of $100 per person for suite categories MS-H will apply.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises^® cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the beginning of, or at any time during, the cruise. Infants must be six months of age as of the first day of the cruise. For voyages that have three or more consecutive days at sea, infants must be at least one year of age as of the first day of the cruise. Guests traveling with a young infant that does not meet the infant policy will be denied boarding. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from Regent Seven Seas Cruises® as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or any accompanying Guests. Any Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and occupy the same suite as an adult 18 years or older. Regent Seven Seas Cruises^® does not provide for the care, entertainment or supervision of children.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers its guests the option to purchase hotel stays or land programs. You may extend your stay in your port of embarkation or disembarkation in one of the hotels listed, or opt for a special exclusive package in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world. The prices include room, tax, service charges, full breakfast, porterage and transfers as applicable. Please note that rates do not include early check-in or late check-out. Official standard check-in time is usually 3:00 pm and check-out time 11:00 am. One night or additional night accommodations may be purchased to ensure early check-in for guests arriving on early flights, or for guests with late flight departures. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to substitute hotels.

Some optional land programs are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of participants is not achieved. Cancellation penalties apply on land/hotel programs cancelled within 90 days of departure. Guests participating in the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Air/Sea Program and not requesting customized air arrangements deviating will receive airport transfers to/from the pier or hotel. For guests with independent flight arrangements, a private car transfer from the airport to the pier can be purchased in advance and flight information must be advised at least thirty days prior to departure. We regret that motorcoach transfers cannot be booked pre-cruise for guests with independent flight arrangements.

All post-cruise transfers can only be booked on board at the Destination Services desk.
